Administrator

Autistic Parents UK is seeking a passionate and organised Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our mission to improve the well-being of Autistic parents by providing support, resources, and information while fostering a strong community.

Autistic Parents UK is a charity dedicated to improving the well-being of Autistic parents. We offer various services and support to help Autistic parents navigate their experiences and build a strong support network for themselves.
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administrator. This part-time, flexible role offers an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while gaining valuable experience. As our Administrator, you will provide essential support to the smooth running of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Management and Analysis: Collecting, inputting, and maintaining accurate project data within designated systems. Conducting data analysis to inform decision-making. Producing regular reports and statistics. Ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Communication and Stakeholder Management: Managing incoming enquiries, maintaining effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and beneficiaries and coordinating information sharing within the project team.

System Management and Support: Managing and maintaining project-related software and databases. Providing technical support to users and assisting in the development and implementation of new systems.

Project Coordination and Support: Providing administrative support for meetings, events, and workshops, and support and cover for the Project Lead as required.

Financial Administration: Assisting with budget tracking, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports.

HR Administration: Supporting with recruitment processes, managing employee records, processing payroll and benefits, arranging DBS checks, and managing pension enrollment.

Resource Creation and Support: Assisting in the creation of resources such as reports, video editing, transcription, and other materials as required to support the charity’s activities.

Training and CPD: Undertake ongoing training, both internal and external, as necessary to keep your skills up to date and meet the evolving requirements of the role.
Person Specification:
We are seeking a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in data management and IT systems.
