Text Chat Peer Support Group

This peer support group offers a low-demand way to access our peer support community.

Cameras and microphones are turned off, allowing you to connect in real time with other Autistic parents via the chat function on Google Meet.

Whether you are low on spoons, putting the kids to bed, or simply not comfortable communicating verbally, this group provides a supportive and accessible space for you to connect, share, and feel heard.

This is a welcoming and supportive space led by Autistic peer supporters with lived experience.
