APUK Online Peer Support Group Session

This session will be informal.

• You can come for 5 minutes or stay for the full 40 mins.
• You can ask a specific question or you can just say hello.
• You can speak, type or just wave if you like. If you'd like to keep your camera off that's no problem, just contact us beforehand to let us know.
