Community and Connection

Our Community and Connection group is a welcoming online space where Autistic parents can come together to chat, connect, and share experiences with others who understand.

There is no set agenda or fixed topic. Conversations are guided by what feels important to the group on the day, whether that's parenting, daily life, personal challenges, celebrating successes, or simply having a friendly chat with people who share similar experiences.

Sessions are supported by our lived-experience peer supporters, who are Autistic parents themselves. They help facilitate discussions, create a safe and inclusive environment, and are on hand to offer support throughout the session.

The group is designed to reduce isolation, build connections, and provide an opportunity to meet other Autistic parents in a relaxed and understanding space.

Eligibility: Participants must be a parent or primary caregiver of a child and identify as Autistic. Self-identification and self-diagnosis are welcome.
